4.4 Dormant Accounts. An Account with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. wt77 will contact you using the registered contact details before applying any dormancy administration fee. You may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing any outstanding KYC requirements.

13.2 Where wt77's liability cannot be excluded by law, wt77's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the lower of: (a) the value of the transaction giving rise to the claim; or (b) the net real-money deposits made by the Player to wt77 in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.3 The wt77 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. wt77 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components, and makes no representation regarding the accuracy, completeness, or currentness of information on the Platform.
14.1 Suspension by wt77. wt77 may suspend, restrict, or close a Player's Account at any time where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Account is being used in breach of these Terms; (b) KYC verification has not been completed within a reasonable period of request; (c) the Account is the subject of a law enforcement or regulatory investigation; or (d) continued Account operation poses an unacceptable risk to wt77 or other Players.
14.2 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your wt77 Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat.
